We typically process orders within 2–4 business days. During periods of high order volume, processing may occasionally take a little longer. If your order requires more than 10 business days to process, we will notify you by email.

Estimated delivery times:

• United States, United Kingdom, Canada & Australia: 7–18 business days

• European Union (EU): 10–21 business days

• Other regions: 10–28 business days

Free Replacement

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if we send you an incorrect item, we may send you a replacement free of charge. In these cases, you do not need to return the original item.
